Knives Preservation and Maintenance Methods

1. The knife needs to be cleaned and dried after each use.

It is best to wipe the knife with cooked cooking oil and place it in a ventilated and dry place, away from water and gas channels to prevent rust.

2. If the knife is rusty when you receive it, don't worry, use the whetstone to grind it and it instantly look s radiant.

Oh, if you don't have a whetstone, you can choose to grind it with the bottom of a ceramic cup, or with sandpaper either.

3. If you find it rusty again, you can wipe it several times with a piece of sweet potato , and then wipe it off with a rag.

4. If the rust is hard to remove, put the knife in the rice washing water for 3 hours, the rust can be removed.
